Kaikohe Care can provide short term stay under both the respite and carer support umbrellas. Dates are negotiable and subject to bed availability.
We offer day stay for residents which usually occurs between 9am and 4pm, with the Residents having their main (midday) meal at the Facility. Day stay usually occurs Monday to Friday so that residents can participate in the activities programme.
You can pay for your daycare stay with your Carer Support Claim or Privately.
Kaikohe Care also provides Meals on Wheels facility for elderly living in the community. Meals are available from Monday ~ Friday , excluding public holiday.
